Lifting Souls, Changing lives
Supporting vulnerable children creates more adaptive, productive, and healthy adults. These adults have healthier cognitive and character traits later on. Children with proper support also translates into a future society with reduced crime, increased workforce productivity, lower teenage pregnancy, and the development of other positive character traits. Most importantly, it creates stronger future families.
Many adults with character flaws and chronic health and emotional struggles were once healthy children. Studies show early intervention in the lives of disadvantaged children is far more effective than rehabilitating them when they are adults.
There is also nothing quite like seeing a child smile who hasn’t for some time.

EDUCATION 1ST PROGRAM
Enlightening little minds
The Education1st program was initiated inorder to help the most vulnerable children in the community acquire basic Education these include orphans,semi-orphans,street children,and those that lack basic care despite the presence of parents or guardians. The little souls join the children that we already shelter at Mukama Mwesigwa Children’s home for this learning program. Due to the Pandemic, children from with in the community now study separate with strict Covid-19 measures. This has led to the continuation of the program successfuly. The Education 1st program has so far helped around 40 children acquire knowledge,Education through Literacy and Numeracy classes.The programme has also helped the continuation of Education even for children that couldn’t not afford to acquire a gadget for online lessons. Their is absolutely great need for this opportunity in the community but we are limited by our small financial support.The cost of each child is 360 Us dollars that cover school fees, lunch, uniform, exams fees, extra classes, text and exercise books as well as health insurance for one year. We appreciate any penny that you woulf kindly donate to this cause.
OUR OUT REACH PROGRAM
Touching lives from the core.
With this initiative, we reach out to every individual that needs support be it phsycological support,lack of basic neccessities,medical support and help them over come their problems for them to continue supporting their loved ones as usual. We reach out to such individual with food, health care products,Re-usable sanitary pads, clothings, beddings, medical out reaches. This initiative has helped hundreds of people and we are so delighted to have it running.
MUKAMA MWESIGWA CHILDREN’S HOME
Caring for the little ones.
Every child has the right to quality care. Quality care means a safe and caring environment for each child to grow and reach their full potential. We work with families to prevent family breakdown and with communities and states to provide a loving and supporting family environment for children who need alternative care and that is why we opened up Mukama Mwesigwa Children’s Home which is currently helping over 40 children acquire quality Education, Care and support.
We work to provide quality care for children who can no longer live with their parents. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of care in our programmes and work with governments and communities to improve alternative child care systems.
We can not do this alone but with your support we can continue to reach and help even more children that lack or have lost parental care.
